I don't know if Olive leaf extract is high in oxalates, but what I can tell

you is that green olives are high.

I would imagine that it is possible that the leaves are too, but I don't

know for sure.

I know, my daughter was a craver of all things extremely high in

oxalates. She also craved green olives. I suspected OLE would be

high (probably higher than the olives) but it was the pains that

kind of confirmed it for me. So many good sups and herbs are going

to have to be avoided. I really want to be able to do the natural

anti-virals this summer and I don't know where this leaves me...Just

wondering if others have noticed those pains or have experience with

oxalate problems.

I don't know if you read the sulfurstories list... I just wrote there about

a very unpleasant experience with these oxalates... It actually started

with GSE. I believe GSE caused my problem (I don't know if GSE is high in

oxalates).

Now I am not even able to take vitamin C anymore. Even half a gram is too

much sometimes.

Oxalates don't cause leg pain for me, but my neck becomes very stiff.

Epsom salts help a lot. Give your daughter a foot bath about an hour after

every meal.

Calcium taken with meals also (supposedly) helps. Also citrate. And

bicarbonate of soda.

I'm not sure about OLE specifically, but many supplements list doseage based

upon a 150 lb male, so I'd start with no more than 1/4 dose.

I've just recently gotten my son OLE liquid which says to give

one ml a day maybe mixed with water, what would I probably need to use since my

son is 38 lbs. at 4 yrs. old. Thanks in advance.
