Guest guest
> I am looking at our budget, since finding out that the whole family needs chelation. ALA is the workhorse chelator. It is the only one you really need. It is pretty cheap. Maybe a hundred dollars worth of it to chelate the whole family for a year. Maybe less. You really can cut a lot of slack on the other more expensive thigns if ou need to (e. g. the most expensive item - doctors), the most basic supplements are a bit of antioxidants like C and E, minerals like magnesium and zinc, and some vitamin A. You will probably find some other things so helpful that you'll decide they are worth paying for, but chelation really is NOT rocket science and does not need to be expensive. Andy. . . . . .
