Guest guest
To 's family and friends... I had talked to many times concerning my 16 yr old son with AIH and other diseases...He'd been having trouble with teachers in school not cutting him an even break and had told me about the troubles she had gone thru and how they were handled...Now because of my son is also enrolled in the 504 government plan for the chronically ill...He will get an even break his next 2 yrs of school because of ....She was one caring and very together young lady and I'm sure will be missed by all who knew her (whether in person or here on our list). Her family should take pride in knowing that they had a very special child and I sob for their loss... Luanne Ty's mom

Guest guest
I do not like to post "off topic" but found it absolutely necessary to share this information. I apologize if I offend anyone but I am a Christian and strongly believe that God will answer prayer and provide the tools. I just got a hold of a book "The Maker's Diet" written by Jordan S. Rubin. I'm a teacher and just went back to work. At my school we bring books that we have read and leave them in the mail room free for the taking....It came to my hands because it was meant to be but anyone else would say it was just a coincidence....you be the judge. Anyway, to make a long story short, this book is written by a very young man Jewish (I'm not) that suffered from the worst case of Chrons (did I spell that right?) He tells the story of how he searched literally all over the world for a cure and found the answer by following "The Makers Diet" meaning what God told man was acceptable to eat. I know this might sound like I'm just a Christian fanatic which I am not... I have not been able to put this book down. I don't even have Chrons!!! I have MS. The reason the book originally caught my attention was that it had a foreword written by the pastor that I listen to on TV (I don't even go to church) and I originally thought it was a Christian book written by the pastor. As I started reading, it blew me away and could not put it down....only to write to you guys. Once again, I apologize to those that get irritated by off topic issues, those that have other beliefs, and hope it helps those this was intended for.....those seeking to better their health, specifically those with the condition addressed in the book and as I see it, can benefit all if you can just look at it as a health book. Lastly, if you read Dr. mercola's column online....he endorses the book. Best regards and all due respect, ivyGet a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com.
