This is an interesting site. It might take you awhile to click into every

category. I am surprised how polluted my state is. Also there is

a disease cluster map of the U.S. pointing out different problems in those

areas.

Be patient to find links among links on this site. I got a little lost myself.

:)

On the disease cluster map there was an area in my state that indicated

that there was a high level of lead exposure resulting from a battery factory

that leaked out its chemicals in the environment. How nice. But this is

very nice to know that someone is looking into our lives.

There is also an air quality report for your state. I am shocked where the

really bad air is located.

I found this very interesting that my state, TN, didn't have data for

the cancer rate for men and women, esp considering it's been reported

the highest cancer rate in America is Loudon Co, TN, which happens to

be downstream from the Oak Ridge National Lab. This is where the

Manhattan Project (atomic bombs) used in WW2 were developed, and where

the creek was called " silver creek " because livestock used to turn

silver after getting in the stream from all the mercury dumped there.
