Hi :

You can check with Dana, but think she has some information about no using

Lysine with the VS.

If she thinks it is advisable, I would start with just 1/4 capsule the first day

and, when you find it tolerated, probably 500 mgs is appropriate.

My son is sick and taking virastop. He has a big sore in his mouth

and 3 blisters on his lower lip. This is new for us. I got some

Lysine yesterday but am unsure of what a good dose/frequency is. Any

suggestions? (he's 112lbs) Thanks

I weigh about 120# and have taken 1000mg with no issues. I take this twice a

day when I am fighting something.

Thanks Dana. I couldn't get selenium locally so I had to order it as

we were out. :( Hopefully it will come in soon if the lysine alone

doesn't help.
