Guest guest
Kim: Just wanted you to be aware that NAC and the methyl B12 can increase yeast. However, I just read a study that reported glutathione was elevated by Vitamin C more effectively than NAC. [ ] Re: Please help answer ALA question... Thanks for your suggestions. We were pretty low dose, but not the lowest of doses...which we can do Feb 17-20th..our next round. You mentioned that it is best to add precursers of glutathione as opposed to supplementing directly with glutathione...are you referring to NAC? Since it appears that we are " low cysteine " , wouldnt it make sense then that NAC would be good, especially given his reaction to ALA? And, if you do think NAC would be good, any suggestions as to what brand, type? Oh, also we just got the MB-12 injections in the mail, but didnt want to start them our very first ALA weekend. Thanks again, still seem to be learning so much here. Kim > > > I dont have a clue about his cysteine levels, but I know that he is > > low glutathione. Was it because glutathione was spared (the body used vit. C instead for fighting oxidative stress)? Or is there a direct way vit. C increases glutathione?
