I am new to this group and got back some test results,

I would really appreciate your opinion.

I tested very high in mercury with the red blood cell

test, so then went on to have Cysteine, glutathione

and sulfur tested.

Results: Reduced Glutathione: 18 ref. range

(greater or equal to 32)

Cysteine, Plasma: 3.23 ref. range (3.10-3.90)

Sulfate, Plasma 4.40 ref. range (4.80-5.30_

Since my glutathione was SCARY low, my doc started me

on gluathione suppositoris and cream, I have stopped

them due to bad reactions.

Since my cysteine is fine, what should I do? How can

I bring my gluathione levels to normal?

Still have fillings to be removed so cannot do the

chelation yet, but would like to know what OTHER

supplements Andy would recommend, thank you, Juli

Try supplementing with a general amino acid supplement, see if that

helps you improve. You might have to add glutathione later, but the

general might help you now, without the side effects.

Try taking vitamin C and selenium for antioxidants and other metal

issues. Also B vitamins, EFAs, and most of the other things that are

generally recommended to take while chelating. Enzymes have also been

very beneficial for me. I have been successful in eliminating quite a

few of my issues with these things.

Thanks Dana. Is Andy against people with normal

cysteine levels, using glutathione cream? Can it be

harmful? I would continue the cream if I knew it was

safe to take, thanks, Juli

I don't know.

It can cause yeast.

The cream base can cause problems.

Once my son was fully loaded with glutathione, I had to remove it or

it caused problems.
