What causes improvement/was:Re: Cost of Chelation?

I am starting to wonder (worry?) if maybe permanent damage was done

that chelation cannot 'cure'. I believe strongly in biomedical

intervention. I've seen the changes, nearly overnight, in my son

from adding particular supplements or implementing a particular

diet... but in the end we still live with Autism.

I'm working to give my son the best life possible; but these days

I'm wondering if a total reversal back to the child I had for 12

months is possible.

Could it be that my family's pessimism is starting to wear me

down?!!! AH! I read what I just wrote and it makes me mad; I've

always been so convinced that I can fix this.

This has been a rough winter. Last night my son threw up in bed for

the third time this season (never had this issue before). The sad

part is that he doesn't come to find me... I went in at midnight for

a round of DMSA/ALA and found him in vomit. I just don't get it!

He complains a lot that his " tummy hurts " , but I always thought he

was just trying to get attention. Now I wonder if something else is

going on. One of the barfing episodes was obviously a real illness,

but the other two kind of came out of nowhere.

I'm just discouraged. Not beaten.

A new supplement perhaps? My son cannot take any supplement on an empty

stomach.
