I buy my Lecithin from iHerb (www.iherb.com). It is made by Jarrow and it's

called " MEGA PC-35 " .

My son seems to be more compliant when he takes it. Also, his fine motor

skills improve visibly.

I started with 1 softgel per day. Now I give him one softgel two times a day,

for now. I will increase this later but I am not sure how much is too much.

I've never been able to see changes in my son with EFAs either, but I keep

giving them to him They're good for him
