Hi, Would like to try the DLPA. What exactly does it do? Is it sort of an antidepressant? Can I take it along with my Lexapro? I am going to try weaning off the Lexapro, but was just giving my body a chance to adjust to LDN (almost a month on 3 mg now). Thanks,Janet

DLPA (DL-Phenylalanine) is supposed to keep your endorphin level up

throughout the day.

There is a warning on the bottle I have saying " Do NOT take with MAO

inhibitor antidepressant drugs " . I'm not sure if Lexapro falls into

that category.

Art, Thanks. My Lexapro is not in the MAO inhibitor drugs. I will continue to search it out.My Best,JanetArt Hansen <rtee54@...> wrote: > > Hi, > > Would like to try the DLPA. What exactly does it do? Is it sort of an antidepressant? Can I take it along with my
