Guest guest
My son is 5 andhas been on NV for one year and CLO for about 8 months. This was a combination (along with B12 chewable supplements) that his developmentalpediatrician recommended after looking into NV herself.. We were using the ProEFA and ProEPA's for quite about a year before switching to to CLO but the doc was worried he was getting too manyOmega's 6'sbecause of the amount of meat/chicken he was consuming (the kid loves chicken and beef). Most people on here have had great success with the Nordic Natural ProEFA/EPA dosage but Coop was smelling like fish all the time and we've noticed a big difference in that as well since putting him on 1 teaspoon of CLO a day. I think the biggest thing with CLO is not over-doing the dosage...as it has a tendency to have vitamins that settle into your system and take longer to get rid of than the EFA's and EPA's. I'd check with your doctor too and see what he/she recommends in regards to your child's diet too
