Guest guest
If anyone has words of encouragement, recent medical studies, or anything that might help Carol in her battle to have the worker's compensation hearing office find her disabled, please send them on. She has fought the good fight but apparently, this judge is totally ignorant of occupational diseases caused by prolonged exposure to mycotoxins. You would think OSHA or NIOSH could help her out. At the least, the ADA ought to apply. Maybe the judge will understand if returning to work kills her - but somehow I doubt it.
