My son is 5 and everyone we have met said to get proloque2go. We have it and

it's amazing.

We have the tap to talk program on my 3 year olds ipad. It is cheaper than

proloque2go. We also found that it was a little less overwhelming for my 3

year old. She just isn't ready for proloque to go. I like the program, there

are a few things I'd change, but most relate to my daughters fine motor

delays.

Are you able to download the speech apps and other apps onto a DSi?

We are getting our daughter a Nintendo DSi XL for Christmas and loading the Tap

to Talk program on it.She is 3 years old and only says few words but is far more

advanced with her receptive language. I think it will be great for her have you

watched the demo on their site. I think it is great because for my daughter she

does not understand action pictures or emotion pictures so how I understand it

you have feelings, home, food etc and if she picks mad if say sad and she could

then pick other options from there such as a hug picture. So much better than

carrying around the big book of pics and trying to page through to find the pic

you just don't have.
