Liane, what sound is it? Does your son have any speech problems, because

of the hearing? seems to have problems with vowels sounds.

Thanks Molly

Contact the government reform committee. 202-225-5074 and request the

specific hearing transcripts. The may 18 hearing was a subcommittee

hearing so I don't know if you will need to call another number. The

subcommittee dealt with criminal justice. Let me know if you get it. I

am very interested if what I was told is correct.

That's what it sounded like to me! Only heard last 45 minutes or so and

,

The hearing transcripts from Thurs. should be available in about 8

months because they are backed up with transcribing. All the past

hearings held in 1999 should be available. I already posted the info. I

don't know if they will send it though to the U.K.

You have to listen real closely. They are talking about mercury in

vaccines, teeth and environment and how it affects children...ie

autism,etc.

LOL!!! I taped by putting my tape recorder near my speakers. Actually

came out better, except for the cutting in and out, off the net.

Jane,

I can hear my pulse in my ears when I have fluid in my ears or when I have a head cold. It goes away when I have tubes put in.

oops....now i'm getting concerned...lol

for a many months now i have what i call " computer head " ....after sitting at

the screen for a while i get this weird sensation. it is fine whilst i'm

using the pc, but when i finish my head feels like it is going to explode

from the inside, pushing outwards, as though it is full of water or

jelly.....make any sense to anyone??

i get this horrible pressure/slow whooshing feeling in my ears and my hearing

is muffled. it lasts a few minutes and then goes and doesnt happen again

until i have been at the pc for a while.

i have noticed that particularly at night, but also during this sensation

that i feel/hear a pulse, but it's not just a sound it " feels " as well. it

almost feels like my eardrums are pulsating with the sound?? is it a similar

sensation you experience?

i have no idea what mine is due to, but with the odd loss of balance, ever

more frequent mastoid area pain (mild ache) and glands that seem to

spontaneously swell on an almost daily basis....i plan to get it checked out

soon.

with both my brother and daughter having c-toma....i cant be too careful,

though i doubt that it's that (she says hoping more than you could imagine).

when i find out what it is...i let you know.

good luck...hope it's due to nothing.

Yes! I assumed this was just a form of tinnitus. I can usually hear

it when I'm trying to get to sleep, or if there's no other sound

around me (like when I'm driving, or in the office). I get it only in

the ear which has been operated on (wall up, anvil bone replaced).

The consultant didn't appear worried by it, and I don't think there's

a lot I can do about it either. My consultant is referring me to a

tinnitus therapist, so I could ask them about it, if I ever receive

the appointment letter ;-)

Hi Jane,

I hear my pulse most of the time. It's alot worse right after surgery, when there is still swelling.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my e-mail on hearing your pulse in your

any new information on it I'll let you all know.

Hi Jane,

I can hear my pulse in my ears a lot of the time. It usually happens when they are stopped up, like when I have a head cold. But for the past couple of weeks I have been hearing it and I'm not stopped up - so I don't know what's going on. I went in to see my doctor about a week ago and he said everything looked clear in my ears. I don't know why it happens but it is annoying. It gets worse at night when I lay down.
