I find that the practice of CR with a meatless, dairyless diet benefits from the use of a diet program like DWIP which I use and enjoy. It is helpful in keeping you within whatever calorie range you select and in keeping tabs on your daily nutrient totals esp calcium, zinc and protein. I assume you are taking B-12 supplements or eating Red Star nutritional yeast that has it. I imagine that there are other programs just as good. I do like the fact that DWIP includes most whole foods that are not on many other programs including relatively obscure grains like amaranth and quinoa.
