Hello Trustinit,

My diet is similar to yours (vegan). I find that the practice of CR with

a meatless, dairyless diet benefits from the use of a diet program like DWIP

which I use and enjoy. It is helpful in keeping you within whatever calorie

range you select and in keeping tabs on your daily nutrient totals esp

calcium, zinc and protein. I assume you are taking B-12 supplements or

eating Red Star nutritional yeast that has it.

I imagine that there are other programs just as good. I do like the fact

that DWIP includes most whole foods that are not on many other programs

including relatively obscure grains like amaranth and quinoa.
