And we made it clear that he would have to answer us all via individual emails anyway, so if he had not come back, he was going to have severe carpal tunnel syndrome <G>. A little appreciation goes a long way, and it is good to have the chance to express it while it can do some good. I notice many thank the various people who have contributed so generously.
