Search the archives of both groups for " sweetners " or use the word " Splenda " . Bottom line if you're too lazy to search is: Splenda is the healthiest sweetner. Found in your local supermarket. I have an oversupply of other artificial sweetners in my house, and I'm using them up before the complete switchto Splenda. Probably OK in moderation.
