Hi Trish,

Looks ok assuming you don't eat heaps & there is not a lot of Omega 6 in there.

Too bad they didn't breakdown the mono,

poly, omega 6 & omega 3 fats .

I agree, wish there were more info on breakdown of fats, & this is not exactly low calorie. And I notice that you do include fiber in your carb calcs.. if the fiber was netted out as an "inactive" carb, the carb ratio would be about 8%. It does seem to be the only one like it on the market... I don't prefer to cook & prepare foods. I would like to see an improvement on the balance bars and these bars... more balance haha. Trish

Should the dietary fiber content listed on the label of a food be deducted from the caloric calculation of that food and if that deduction is not reflected on the label does put into question that actual fiber amount? I am trying to limit my carb intake per meal for tight glycemic control. The Tempe I eat has 8 grams of fiber per 76 gram serving but the deduction of those calories is not reflected in the caloric label calculation. Don
