In an effort to clear the decks, here are some questions which I have asked

Rae for feedback on:

1) Getting EPA & DHA from dietary Omega 3 is superior to getting it from

direct EPA & DHA.

2) The elevated cortisol levels seen in human CRONing is beneficial, is part

of the CR effect, should be accepted and

not reduced.

3) Bone loss seen in human CRONing is just a adjustment to weight loss and

should not be worried about.

4) High fat MUFA CRONing diets are superior to the high carb diet suggested

by Dr. Walford.

5) We should follow a Zone like diet instead of that suggested by Dr.

Walford.

6) The more you can reduce post meal glucose and insulin levels the better.

7) Attempting to boost T is not seen as beneficial.

8) Attempting to boost GH is likewise not seen as beneficial.

9) In fact, doing anything to influence hormonal levels is anti-CR effect.

10) The rodent data is very applicable to humans despite the failure of adult

onset CRONing in primates to generate

gene changes.

11) Self centered, neurotic behaviour is to be accepted as part of the CR

effect.

12) Some information on his educational background.

the disease has a way to leave in natural conditions - ie. Measles - the

rash is measles leaving the body. In vaccinated cases, if no rash, the

measles stays in the system and goes around and around and around

continually creating more and more antibodies. In the disease the body

produces just enough antibodies - they are part of the immune response, not

all of it.

antibodies are NOT immunity - they are a sign of exposure and the body

working but NOT of immunity.

I will send info
