As we CRONies are rebels, maybe sometimes we think less and less is better and better. In my opinion, there is little point in taking CRONing to extremes such as chasing flat post meal glucose results, excessive micro fracture generation exercise in a catabolic body and too low a body fat level. The body needs to know that sometimes, there is excess energy available for tissue repair & growth. We need carbs & insulin to do that for us.
