I used to love my two cups of coffee a day. When I started CR I wanted

to cut down on my coffee consumption and add healthier drinks like milk

or green tea. Here's how I 'tricked " myself into drinking my two

beloved cups of coffee a day by NOT drinking them.

I started putting less coffee into my cup and more milk ever so slowly

so that I wouldn't notice any change in taste. I'm now drinking 1/2

coffee and 1/2 milk, effectively cutting my coffee consumption in half.

Today I tried 1/3 cup of coffee and 2/3 milk and whaddyknow! It tasted

fine! I hope to get to the point where my drink is mostly milk with

just a bit of coffee for flavoring.
