My goal is to gradually bring my average daily intake down from 1800 to 1650 calories. I don't know if this is possible, but I'll go slow and stop if I notice any negative side effects. I need to work on bringing my saturated fats down and my mono fats up. Manganese seems to be to low. I think this is because my database is largely based on the Norwegian nutritional profile for foods and here in Norway they don't include Manganese. Any and all comments appreciated.
