Guest guest Posted May 23, 2001 Report Share Posted May 23, 2001 As I've mentioned to both groups, I've had an itchy rash on and off for about a month. A few days ago it got so bad (meaning covering my whole body with intense itching and not being able to sleep) that I finally sought out the doctor. As suspected, he pronounced it a food allergy. I have never had anything in my life like this before. My question to the group is this - This recent problem really discouraged me about CR and illness. One of the major reasons for me to go on to CR was to be " sick free " or as close to that as I could. Aren't we supposed to be healthier and not get things like this? Agreed that I have not been sick with colds, flus etc, however this allergy was the pits!! Are things like allergies excluded from the " sick list " ?
