Guest guest
Good afternoon, I have been contemplating getting the DWIDP software (among other things). Before I do, however, I'd like to know if there is anyone out there on a Mac who has any experience with it. It sounds like it was written for a PC. I do have the Pennington and Church Food Values of Portions Commonly Served to look up the nutrition in foods, but all of that handwork is so time consuming. Everyone sounds like they are getting somewhere with the program. I've lost a little bit, but find the dedication and focusing on the plan extremely difficult. Meditation seems to be of some help. You can send me e-mail directly if that is easier than posting to everyone. Thanks. Ruth
