Being at peace with God is the first step in self improvement and He can help you with your goals if you ask Him. : Where does Walford say that losing weight quickly is OK? He does say it's OK to lose rapidly AT FIRST, say the first 3 months, which most of us have. After that it's important to slow down. I don't think it's a good idea to bring religion into the list.
