Guest guest
Hi Tara! It IS confusing, isn't it? I have a 25 mo old daughter and at the beginning of August we started her on one capsule of the Nordic Naturals ProEFA/Complete Omega 369 (they are one and the same - just packaged differently). We noticed more babbling the day after we started giving it to her and a couple days later, she was making attempts at actual words!. A few weeks later we started giving her 2 capsules of ProEFA/Complete Omega 369 a day. More word attempts were made! A week or so after that we added the one capsule of ProEPA/EPA (one and the same - just packaged differently) to her TWO caps of ProEFA/369. Even more attempts and this week she has attempted blowing! So, here is what we give her daily squirted in her milk/Pediasure/etc: 2 caps of ProEFA/369 and 1 cap of ProEPA/EPA. We give her one EFA in the morning and the other EFA and the EPA in the afternonn/evening. You don't have to break them up...we just do for convenience, as her babysitter gives her the morning dose. We are not giving any extra Vit. E or K at this time. I ordered some Vit E, but will be returning it. You can go to the CHERAB site ( www.cherab.org ) to order the Nordic Naturals products...they even come in a convenient pack of EFA/EPA that you can buy together. And most importantly, it helps the foundation to help us! Hope this helps! in OH

Guest guest
We give her one ProEFA in the AM and then the ProEFA and ProEPA in the same cup of milk in the afternoon/evening. I only do it that way so the taste won't be so overwhelming to her! You could give it all at once if your child doesn't care about the taste!
