Of course we can offer you " cyberspace " support, but perhaps a group that meets in person might be a good idea. Take it one day at a time. Stop punishing yourself for binging. Just get back on track. Heck it took me a good 10 years after reading Walford's first book to get my rear end in gear and start croning. Guest guest Posted August 29, 2001 Report Share Posted August 29, 2001 Thanks for those remarks, Francesca. I've been lurking for about 2 years and I'm still not 100% 24 hours a day committed. I am doing much better in that my food selections are more nutritious than in the past and perhaps trust might benefit from approaching diet that way rather than caloric restriction at this point. I know for me this is a process, not an overnight " diet plan " to lose weight.
