Guest guest
Absent from your food list are healthy dairy products. FF milk or FF yogurt. Are you lactose intolerant? (Oops I guess not if you're binging on ice cream. ) These would be good additions to your diet. When/if you add those healthy berries that were suggested, top them (or any other cut up fruit) with a dollop of FF yogurt for a real treat. If you don't like the taste of yogurt, add a bit of splenda for a copy cat whipped topping (or close anyway). Also, if you must binge on ice cream, at least get the sugar free / fat free or low fat varieties now available in markets (Edy's and Healthy Choice offers them). Sugar IMHO is very unhealthy. Best of all is not to have your " binge " food in the house. Just don't buy it! Try drinking tea or water when you get the urge to binge. Also you might want to try: guar gum (recommended by Walford) before meals mixed with liquid. Available from Beyond-a-century.com
