Vegas Convention?

Was wondering when the Longevity Convention was coming up. A friend told me

about it and I am thinking of filming a documentary on the beginings of the

CR movement and thought the convention would be a good opportunity to talk to

those involved with it.

I myself have been on a " modified CR diet " since 1989 when I first purchased

Walfords book and Diet Planner (at the time in DOS). The rigors of a strict

CR diet have been too difficult for my lifestyle but my modified version has

kept me healthy. Kudos to those who have the dicipline to stay on a true

CRONNIE diet.

Hey Mark, I bought his 120 Year Diet book about 1986. Also, I bought the

software too! I made a few really exotic recipes, but it was really too hard

for me continue. I was more interested in bicycling than diet. So you did

much better than I did to maintain a modified CR diet. Now, I've just

recently found this support group, so it's time for me to try again.
