Guest guest
I think it would be a great idea to create a file with recommended books. I have benefited from so many of the books that have been talked about over the past several months. This kind of sharing can really change the course of our children, if the parent chooses to " go there " . When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Let's face it, if we put our kids in the hands of the system, the outcome isn't very exciting. Certainly not as exciting as the transformation of Janices' son Mark. The difference was his mother basically said " enough is enough " and found alternative / obviously more effective resources. All of this, she shares with the group. I keep a list of books, many I order, and I'm continually astounded how valuable reading the list is. Anyone want to share their recommended books? Example of a book suggestion many months ago: Learning & Behavior Reflexes, Learning and Behavior - Window into the Chidl's Mind by Sally Goddard - applies to all of us
