I'm new to this group and have twins who both have issues with motor planning, etc. Anyway, I " ve been doign fish oils for a month or so, but now I'm wondering if I'm doing it right. Does anyone have the exact formula. My twins are almost 6 years old. Also, has anyone ever used Usana products, specifically fish oil?
