limited list...

when chewing meat (ie pork, roast, etc...) and the child has been

chewing for awhile (more than 30 sec) give them a teaspoon of apple

sauce to bind the meat and swallow.

give them the harder to chew foods at lunch vs supper

swimming lessons

anything that makes you alternate (swimming, piano, gymnastics)

take an old can, cut a tube sock off and tape to the top of the can,

then put items in the can (toys etc) and have them identify by touch

with one hand

hope this gives you a starting point anyway...
