you need to take Coconut oil w/ Apple cider vinegar. Kills the yeast flare up.

No, the apple cider vinegar seems to be OK for her yeast--no worse no better,

and she doesn't get that much in the salads since she usually just picks the

veggies off the top or the soup since there it is very diluted in a big pot of

soup.  The calcium just comes right out of the bones into the broth and she has

that weekly a few times and also the kale and other leafy greens should be

sprinkled with lemon/lime juice to make the calcium more bioavailable.

But when I was doing balsamic vinegar, that seemed to be pretty bad and I only

later found out it also has lead in it.  Why would FDA allow a food product to

contain lead I cannot immagine, but throughout my pregnancy before I ever knew

it had lead, I must have had 10 32 oz bottles as I had a big bowl of salad at

every meal.  So much for eating healthy....

I've not done the bone enriched vinegar in a while though, just been giving her

the canned wild salmon once every week and the kale  and broccoli and sesame I

can't give her because she's allergic to it (I used to put a lot of it in the

salads) I should be doing the red raspberry infusion more though and the nettle

too.  Those are great tonics very rich in nutrients, I've just gotten lazy

lately. It's good to go over these things, keeps me on my toes. :)

Thanks. I've heard great things about the coconut oil and we've been using it

for many years in my cooking and as facial moisurizer, diaper -rash treatment

etc.  We love it for all sorts of uses. Problem is my daughter is allergic to

coconuts too.  So hard to get this right. hopefully this is one of the

collateral allergies she'll get over once her gut heals.  Thank you though, yes

coconut has that lauric aid which helps get read of yeast. I still use it

sometimes, but in very small quantities and I've used it successfully on her

scalp as well since she has the heavy psoriasis crusts there.  But I'm afraid to

leave it for too long due to the potential allergic reaction since her blood

tests showed a negative reaction. Hopefully her latest blood work will not show

it anymore, we'll see.  It's been almost a year since we've been addressing her

leaky gut and maybe it is healed now.
