Hi Jack, I use ground flax seed to get the Omega 3 (1 tablespoon ~ 12 g = ~ 2.2 g Omega 3) and 2 fish oil capsules (180 mg EPA + 120 mg DHA each capsule) to get the ~ 600 mg of EPA + DHA.
