Sorry you are sick. I'm under the weather as well and was at the point of

deciding whether or not to call 911. Even though I had the flu shot, I came down

with the flu and to try and get my strength back I bought some juices that is

power packed with b vitamins. I didnt realize that it was also power packed with

coconut which I am highly allergic to and which has sent me into a coma before.

I was up all night heaving and having a hard time breathing. EVERYTHING on my

body is swollen and now my face is a mass of disgusting broken blood vessals.

Blech!!!!!! So I guess we are having a great new year...ha ha

-booze is my weakest point. If you make it through New Orleans without

drinking you'd be my hero. I guess we have to come to that happy moderation

point...others find it don't they???

Obviously, I havent worked out yet this new year...but there maybe a new

acticity for me. My honey's birthday and valentines day are coming up and I am

thinking about getting a two person kayak for a joint gift. (he knows about it).

I think I can get a pretty sweet deal on it. It would be some great couple time

and killer upper body/ab work. The other day we played tennis for the first

time together and since we both suck there was alot of running to get the

ball....some new outdoor fitness goals for the year.

I'm going to try and tape a few more Cathe workouts and get through one or two

of those a month. Its hard for me though to work them in as I do my weights on

my lunch break at work.
