Guest guest
, Welcome to the group. 30 min is great!!!! You can even keep it at 30 fo r a while and make it harder by increasing incline and speed and adding LIGHT hand weights n(no more than three pounds but start with one pound). Using your arms increases your caloric burn by 33%. I am a cat freak. I have five. I've always wanted a siamese but God brings me strays...whom I adore. I just fantasize by reading the " Cat Who " books. Donna, Congrats on getting the dh working out. You know that Fabio video references would be a great weights workout if you could find it for cheap...I can get Terry to do that and Tamilee Webs Tighter assets..thats it. Tamilee he likes because its short and sweet and Fabio I think makes him feel all macho. I WISH I could get him to workout indoors with me. We use to and it use to motivate both of us but his machismo still gets in the way. , Sip slowly ;-) Hope your new man treats you well!!!! Austin has been great thus far. Its alot more crowded than when I left. But I love the fact that so many people are bent on being physically fit. It helps. You would be amazed at how any available peice of grass is occupied with frisbee throwers and dog walkers on the weekend...at least when its not raining. Its a great atmosphere. NEXT weekend I hope to get back to the park. It was awful having two four day weekends and being sick during both :-( Love to all!!! a -- _______________________________________________ Find what you are looking for with the Lycos Yellow Pages http://r.lycos.com/r/yp_emailfooter/http://yellowpages.lycos.com/default.asp?SRC\ =lycos10
