Guest guest
After worrying that suddenly I was losing too fast, I have stabilized. I lost about 3 or 3 1/2 pounds suddenly. Some of " older " members told me to expect such " plateaus " and then sudden losses, so now I've experienced it and see that it's normal. So don't give up everybody; perhaps you too, after months and month of not losing, will suddenly find yourself in the envious position of dropping a few pounds all at once to make up for it. I'm now below set point and happy as a clam.
Guest guest
, I started with 3mg on 11/3/03 for three months and then went to 4.5mg. I thought my stiffness was slightly worse at 4.5, so I started alternating (3mg one night and 4.5 the next). I have felt like I am more constant (the same) doing this. My levels of stiffness/pain/pressure seem to not fluctuate so much. Go figure!? Marcie (MS)
Guest guest
Thanks for the pep talk . I am on day two of LDN (took 2nd dose last night). I felt it was a good day yesterday comparing it to daily overall symptoms of MS. Today I feel the spasticity in my legs more but energy level seems pretty good. Very interested in hearing about peoples initial reactions upon beginning LDN therapy. Also, I am on the 4.5 MG and wondered how much you take. Guest guest
Hi , I started last July on 4.5 mg and have done well. Dr. Bihari reduced me to 3.0mg last week in order to help stiffness and spasms. It has definitely helped and just in one week. At my appointment yesterday I told him about the fatigue and he told me that 4.5mg is a little too much for me at this time, so I asked him about 3.0mg he gave me a script for the 3.0mg, Is there anyone that tried 4.5mg and went down to 3.0mg if so how are you doing with 3.0mg. See my previous post. I went from 4.5mg to 3mg. Steve

Guest guest
THAT's what I'm going to try! I switched to 4.5 on 2/11 and I'm not sure how I'm doing. I think I have a bit more stiffness, but it may be doing other things for me... I don't know. I've also had some other events out of my control that may be contributing to what I'm feeling. It's not "worse" than 3.0 was, it's slightly different. I Just can't quite put my finger on it. I was going to go back to 3.0 after experimenting with 1 tab of ReVia, using GoodShape's 7MM Wee Pony scoop method. That would be about 10 days worth and the 4.5 area. Have to think if I want to 4.5/3.0 alternate before trying the ReVia, or hold off on the ReVia for 2 weeks and see how 4.5/3.0 feels. ----- Original Message ----- From: marciemjm@... low dose naltrexone Sent: Friday, March 19, 2004 13:36 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Progress , I started with 3mg on 11/3/03 for three months and then went to 4.5mg. Guest guest
why don't you just crush half a ReVia pill which gives 25 mg and mix it in 25 ml of water. Then just use a syringe to get 3ml. You know you have some ReVia in the dose because it tases a bit bitter. > Hi When I was at the 4.5mg dose the arm stiffness was a lot worse so > I had my wife dump out a small amount of each capsule and we then filled up > a few capsules from what we dumped. >
Guest guest
I would like to know if anyone from Canada has ordered Revia from Medmex or anywhere else. It seems like when I have an order from the south, Canada Customs stops it at the border and slaps on a whopping duty charge,ie. my computer software my print cartridges and other stuff, It is such a hassel I don,t try to get drugs across the border!
