Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Hunza's as well as many of the other

so-called " long-loved " peoples are not as old as they testify to (such

as 120), upon closer scrutiny. There are no accurate birth records to

verify the ages of many of these groups to be sure of their real ages.

As I mentioned earlier, Walford and Sears have much in common and to

follow one does not mean you need abandon the other.

Anti-cancer supplements and foods - selenium, as mentioned previously,

and broccoli sprouts!!
