Guest guest
I hear this sometimes too at IEPs. I attended one for a friend and this was the big basis for not writing most of the things she wanted down in the IEP - they do it anyway. lol. But of course, the good way to reply to that is, " Well, if you do it anyway, you won't mind writing it down to document it. " What's the big deal then, right? ha Roxanna In a message dated 10/16/2003 10:19:30 AM Eastern Standard Time, rybabysmom@... writes: I was like well he has 3 OT goals, 2 which he long ago mastered. Duh! Then she lectured me on how so much is done that is not on the IEP. I'm thinking yeah right. This is the teacher w/ 4 kids whom had yet to read one file! She now has 5 kids and I doubt she's read their files yet. When do I get a good teacher?? Am I in the wrong line??
