Worrying does absolutely nothing!!!! Best of luck! > Johanna > Johanna, Wise words, good advice! We all find the strength to deal with what comes our way. I was only told God only gives you what you can handle. I am a firm believer in this and I also believe in be careful what you wish for as a solution may be found but not in a way that you would like! Trust me I have experience in both of these scenarios! Well said. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was 36. The doctors wanted to do amniocentesis (spelling?) to determine if my baby had DS. I refused it because I would never abort and said I would deal with whatever God saw fit to give me. So far my daughter has been a great joy to me. She has her teenage moments now but I know I did too! She is truly wise beyond her years and can be very comforting to me at times when I get upset about my son's dilemma. Very touching! I think you said a lot that most of us AS Moms would say. I spoke with my son tonight and am upset by some of what he told me to take the time to elaborate in great detail on my feelings where being the mother of an ASpie is concerned. I try to do everyting in my power to take away his pain but unfortunately I am not as successful as I would like. My 'power' to do so is greatly impeeded by his chronological age at this point! I will not give up fighting for him while I have breath in my body. I am glad I had him. I certainly have gained a lot of knowledge as a result of having him. I have met and made many friends because of him so he has enriched my life in more ways than he knows! He has been a very affectionate human being and has great empathy for others. Everybody has to do their own soul-searching as I did before getting pregnant and I remember reading a book entitled 'A Baby Maybe'. Nobody can really make that decision for somebody else as it is a life altering decision. Anne

One 6 yr old boy with > Dawn, Great eye opening letter for all! Before making a committment to bring a baby into the world I still believe in the old fashioned way of being married first so I would want to know that my partner is my husband legally too! It takes two to make a baby, with God's help of course, and I believe it takes two committed parents with the same goals to raise that child. I realize in today's world people may say that I am looking through rose colored glasses and to 'get a life!' However, no child asks to be born so I believe the parents have a responsibility to take the best interest of the child into consideration at the time of conception also. " Making a Baby' is more than a night of wild passion. It is a life altering experiencing for all that requires committment, patience, tolerance and acceptance as well as lots of love and there is no turning back once the decision is made! It is a way to experience a personal miracle with no words to explain the euphoric feeling and depth of love and joy at the birth. MoM is also inexpensive and is a great source of Mg for me. 1 teaspoon = 400 mg. I use about 100 lbs of Epsom salt per year in my baths. I am suffering with this lately, and it is really annoying. I just started the GFCF diet a couple of weeks ago, along with my son who has HFA. (I wanted to show him I wasn't asking him to do anything I wasn't willing to do myself). And my eardrums have really been itching. Good to know it is yeast, and not some weird allergy.
