Guest guest
it takes a couple of weeks but i notice that bodybuilders don't use goats whey which might mean that goats whey doesn't have the same high levels of igf-1 as bovine whey. but goats whey might be fine, i don't think i noticed any changes to start and its probably quite a good sign. prue it is supposed to lower cortisol which maybe helpful for your son. its only $2.59 for 500 grams in the health store (lotus or soland) so what i would suggest is you try it yourself the main problem with it is likely to b wether the high lactose is tolerated. fancier version of whey like ion isoalte have the lactose and fat removed but are missing a lot of the goodness. > In a message dated 2/9/2004 10:58:26 AM Eastern Standard Time, > pruep@b... writes: > > > Well more aggression would definitely not be good for on nor losing > > weight either! Guest guest
--, When I first started the Whey based on your advice, You told me if I didn't " notice a change straight away " like you did that " It probably won't do anything for you " Have you reviewed that opinion since? Why is that a good sign if that is the case? Re hormonal changes and raised agression levels is that what you are refering too? I am interested in getting a male perspective also on this as there will no doubt be quite marked differances between your and my personal observations given the gender differance. Could you please expand on your personal perspective Re effects of whey so I have a frame of referance to work with for Adam. I really think there is going to be quite a differance between the sexes findings. Mine are SO governed by the female cycle,That is when I notice the effects Re mood the most myself. I am going to VERY carfully monitor reaction (20 yr old son) As he can be prone to agressive moods but they are now usually if I up his Allergy A intake to combat flu season or contact with someone who has a virus. - In , " andrew " <alevin@i...> wrote: > > > it takes a couple of weeks > don't think i noticed any changes to start and its probably quite a > good sign. > > > > > > > > > > In a message dated 2/9/2004 10:58:26 AM Eastern Standard Time, > > pruep@b... writes: > > > > > Well more aggression would definitely not be good for on > nor losing > > > weight either! Guest guest
you can't isolate what is said from context. if you don't notice anything that can be improvements it takes a while to pick up. so bith not noticiang something anf noticing something are true. i am a lot more healthy, physically more robust and more shoulder muscle and are more even in temperament i think. king island cream may be synergistic with the whey for hormones. wether whey has a masculine bias i can't say...imo women are deficent in male hormones now compared to what they used to have. basically the population is hormone deficent. if you are taking whey and selenium and zinc and other supplements as per my web page ramble then glutathione and a lot of other things are going to go through the roof and you are getting an anabolic chelation which as far as i can see is what is wanted. i got up at six twenty yesterday went down to the goat farm to watch the goats being milked and pick up raw milk then went to town and didn't go to be until midnight and didn't really blink. normally i would be dead on that schedule. > > > In a message dated 2/9/2004 10:58:26 AM Eastern Standard Time, > > > pruep@b... writes: > > > > > > > Well more aggression would definitely not be good for on > > nor losing > > > > weight either! Guest guest
--Hi , I wasn't trying to isolate anything out of context just enquireing as to wether you meant you had noticed something lately that you had not observed before about it. I have also noticed an evening out of moods on the whole across the board EXCEPT for during certain times of the month I previously mentioned. (I am new to posting) I have also discovered I can stay up later and do more Re processing too. The chelation is VERY noticable with me.
