Any ideas for us poor souls living north of the Canadian border?

I emigrated to Canada from England 15 years ago, Guess I should have

gone to Australia!

Off topic -I read a post recently about someine in PA having a foot

of snow. Only a foot? Try living with 3 feet of snow right now, I

can't get the car out of the garage because the snow is so deep it

comes over the trunk! Takes 2 hours to shovel the driveway. Snow is

up to the window ledges. Yes, I should have gone to Australia!

well i'm 3ft deep in feral cats out my front door..........

southern usa is proably ok in midsummer esp arizona and new mexico

with thier clear air and high altitude but you may as well go to the

bahamas as that far i guess.

i would say that vitamin d supplementation is essential in canada

beyond food levles say 1000iu a day for adults minimium.

but this full spectrum sun is needed and basically you have to travel

to it like i will go north this winter i think.
