Guest guest
Yep thats what I would suspect. Increasing enzymes may make it a little worse but it will help things get better in the long run. Maybe up the probiotics too Mandi in UK > My abodomen was hard > and I felt nauseus. Guest guest
I started the Houston enzymes 3 weeks ago after trying Solary Digestaway for 2 weeks. I take a cap of each (Pep, No Fe and Zyme Prime) before each meal and occassionally a Pep before bed. Yesterday and today I had really bad gas pains. My abodomen was hard and I felt nauseus. The pain is a little less today but I have loose stool. Could this be delayed die-off? If no, I wonder if I need to increase some enzymes. I take an Acid. Pearl each day, too. Thanks for any feedback

Guest guest
--Hi Caycemom, I have been taking Devon Houstons enzymes myself for 2 years and I experianced a similar reaction to this myself. I was swallowing the capsules whole at first lol, But then started sprinkling them on the food and those things eg gas, uncomfortable stomach stopped. I don't think it was the capsules themselves, just a reaction to the enzymes addressing the issue after a while and I sometimes take capsules whole with food if it's not possible to sprinkle them. I really found with taking them that something needs to be eaten first before injesting enzymes as when I took them on an empty stomach just before eating it used to feel as if the enzymes had gone to work on digestive juices before the food got thier. Hope thats a help, Regards Eileen. - In , " caycemom " <rjone745@e...> wrote: > I started the Houston enzymes 3 weeks ago after trying Solary > Digestaway for 2 weeks. Guest guest
Thanks, Eileen. I will try the spinkle on food tomorrow and eat a bite or two, first. This may sound weird but my tummy feels like what I think bread feels like when the dough is rising in the oven. On a brighter note, I think that my psoriasis is getting better. I have severe psoriasis (over 80% of body) and it looks like some of the big patches are clearing up a little. I had my husband look to be sure...didn't want to get my hopes up. The thought of getting rid of this annoying skin condition makes me so happy I could almost cry. Couple the better skin with an improvement in my dd and I'm feeling awfully good about life. My husband and I commented that this week my daughter hasn't needed to scream a lot or crash in to as many things. She still likes to bounce and do flips on the couch but not as severe or a long. Long live Houston enzymes! > > I started the Houston enzymes 3 weeks ago after trying Solary > > Digestaway for 2 weeks. Guest guest
-Hi Caycemom, I'm sorry to hear you have such terrible trouble with psoriasis, I don't know anything about it myself but imagine it must drive you crazy. Have you ever looked into the possibility that taking zinc might help? The rising of the bread dough feeling is quite descriptive lol, Maybe it is a yeast issue ;o) 2 yrs on and I don't need enzymes for bread and some other things, They REALLY work to heal the gut. My youngest daughter Amber in particular is SO improved she is like a differant person altogether (She is high functioning) The mood swings and non compliance are a thing of the past ) Her ability to focus and see think things thro/see reason is amazing now. I'm sure you will see even more improvments with time. Regards Eileen. -- In , " caycemom " <rjone745@e...> wrote: > Thanks, Eileen.
