Hi Edie

DHA/EPA are from fish oils. There is lots of inof on this site (UK based),

thier Eye Q high EPA, some DHA and a little GLA (fatty acid) has been used in

several trials with great results on British school kids as far as focus and

attention go. There are comparable products available in USA. Look around ther

pages for one called Inner Sanctum - lots of info there

www,equazen.com

Ref DMG, thats a quite different thing. The only one I ever tried was KIrkman

brand www.kirkmanlabs.com I think you are supposed to be able to tell in

about 3 weeks if that is going to help. Kirkman do sample size pots and I would

advise you try that first, DMG/TMG makes some kids much hyper. Difficult to tell

which yoru kid is without trying. Didn;t seem to do anything for my kid

either way

I am confused about DHA? The health food store guy said that DHA is the

best supplement to help with focusing and attention. What is the difference

between DHA and EHA? How much should a 60 pound child take a day? Has

anyone had big success with DMG? -- How much and what brand?

Thanks,

Edie

--Hello Edie, I used to use DMG (NOW brand) and got good results Re

energy but ditched it after I realized I was having a distinct crash

and experiancing mild depressive feelings afterwards.

Tried it on 11yr old (Too soon:o( and she experianced the same)

Amber (11yr old) used to have major attention focus problems at home

and school but after adding the minerals Levin recommends on

his web page health links (Along with rest of his advice and

s,Devons etc etc lol)not forgetting all else here :o)

She is noticably more focused now (Happy teacher reports)

Regards Eileen.
