Guest guest
what a bummer! Yesterday my husband showed me that I was weighing myself wrong! All that complaining about too much weight loss was bogus! I wasn't putting the " main " balance bar on my mini-doctor's thrift shop scale to zero before pushing the weight bars around to weigh myself in. So although I did lose, not that much - only about 1 1/2 pounds. At least I'm going in the right direction.
Guest guest
As you said, at least you're going in the right direction. And I am happy to report that speaking up has invigorated me (perhaps it's also the better weather) and I am feeling a new committment to CR. Starting out slowly with altering food choices - I think I was trying too hard to just jump into low-cal and stressing myself out too much. I am proud to say that one of my patients brought me a cheesecake today and I gave it away without any reservations. I know very well what the ramifications are of an unwarranted indulgence. Guest guest
How long have you been on it? I started with 4.5, was sick from it, went to 3mgs for 2 weeks and then back to the 4.5... When I was eating my lunch today, which was a salad, all the sudden, I felt like I just wanted to spit it out. I have a very little appetite now, however, my stomach grawls at me... Its really weird... --- In low dose naltrexone , " sandra " <destress@s...> wrote: > I have noticed going up to 4.5 mg.......I have lost 2 lbs..and decreased > appetite......which is good in my case.......thanks Sandy > ----- Original Message ----- > From: " msblonde716 " <msblonde716@y...> > <low dose naltrexone > > Sent: Tuesday, May 04, 2004 3:54 PM > Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Weight Loss > > > > Has anyone experienced any weight loss while on LDN? Guest guest
I also changed what and how much I've been eating, but I lost 9 lbs from April through November. I think I'm up 2 from there and stabilized, for now. ----- Original Message ----- From: msblonde716 low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, May 04, 2004 15:54 Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Weight Loss Has anyone experienced any weight loss while on LDN?
