*this is interesting - when mine were gf/cf it was said about coconut oil

being all wonderful for frying because apparently at the high temps. the

free radicals don't occur ?

I'm sure you will know about this, - is it all that superduper ?

i don't know, you may still run into problems since coconut oil is

still a fat. its not just a question of free radicsls or lipid

perosides.

the other issue with coconut oils is quality,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

marrow bone fat is easily the best fat for pan

frying..................................deep frying belongs with

microwave cooking as inducing dangerous artifacts in the food iimo.
