Thanks for posting this information. I get horrible itchiness at night,

often keeping me awake for hours. I'm going to try this.

I had some success w/ Heidi's gallbladder flush... at the end of it, I

" passed " all these green colored what I think were stones, but they looked like

squashed peas... can anyone confirm that is what a stone is ? My friends

surgeon husband said it's impossible to pass a stone that's in the

gallbladder as it has no place to exit. hmmmm

If there's no exit, then how come people get in agony because a gall

stone is blocking their gall bladder? The way I understand it is that

the exit is very small but will dilate if given something like epsom

salts. This is why I haven't done the other more mellow epsom-salt-

free liver flushes - because I wanted to flush the gall bladder, too.

(Family history of gall bladder surgery, here.) But I don't have any

sources to back up my thoughts other than Dr. 's site.

I think the Epsin salts is for cleaning you out (and boy howdy, it works) but

it may also dilate the tube I guess. I think the action that forces the

stones out is the olive oil pumping from the liver trying to process it. I

believe that Hilda explains it on that website I sent.

I'm sure it depends on the size of the stone. Larger

stones can get stuck in the duct when exiting (there

by blocking the gallbladder stuff from exiting) (in

laymen's terms). That's usually when people wind up

getting surgery.
