Guest guest
-Hello Mekya, Thanks for posting your food profile test results at length, I found it very interesting. I have been kind of winging it in that respect myself going by feel rather than looking as in depth as I should at individual culprits Re vegies and fruit. (Admission of guilt here lol) So it has given me food for thought and a good prod to look into what testing is available here in Tazmania, I'm not not expecting much in the way of services. Anything specialized is more often than not unavailable. Guest guest
i would try the houstonni enzymes. the gut is leaky and good enzymes will help denature the food particles getting across so the body doesn't react to them the same. the testing is not very helpful becuse the problem is the leaky gut. you need to put in some work undertsanding scd. do you undertstand? its undigested food getting across the gut into the blood that is the problem. efas, minerals, scd, houstonni enzymes whey............................. > Hi , Andy and every one, > I just want to post the > comprehensive Food Profile test result from Great Plains Laboratory. > Reference Ranges: > Clinically Insignificant 0-300 > Low reactivity 301-600 > Moderate reactivity 601-900 > High reactivity 901-1500 > Reactivity Summary > High: > Mike tested high for all dairy food over 2800.0 except Goat milk > 1481.1 > As[aragis 1148.6 > Carrot 1057.9 > Banana 1185.9 > Cucumber 903.4 > Garlic 1107.3 > Grapefruit 1063.5 > orange 1046.0 > Lemon 945.6 > Plam 921.4 > Squash 908.4 > Tomato 930.8 > Egg white 973.9 > Beef 2041.9 > Lamb 2817.5 > I see still I have definit problem with Phenolic food.
