Supplementing during the night to escape the wrath of die-off?

OK, so tell me if this is crazy. My daughter has a bad yeast/bacteria

overgrowth and is sensitive to phenols. So I was thinking, maybe I could get

some of the supplements in her during the night to reduce the die-off reaction.

Anyone crazy enough to try, (or admit...), this? Was wondering if it's bad if

it wakes them up, or maybe giving it to them while they are sleeping doesn't

really do the job because the body is in sleep mode. Also would like to know

if anyone has any idea of the recommended amount to give a 60 lb. 8 yr old of

capriliac acid? The tablets I have are 365 g. each.
