Hi I live in NZ - we have the option of A2 milk here, go on and have a look -

www.A2.com - our child was in one of the original studies about 4 years ago -

this is going to be marketed to USA market as its just been bought by USA co and

is now available in Aussie, makes a difference

Cheers H

Enzymes and Cheese Q

With all of these questions about dairy, let me throw in another. I

have had both of my boys on strictly raw cow's milk products for

several months, which have been well tolerated. Since we have

started AFP and NF one week ago, I have noticed a reaction to raw

milk cheese with my 2 yo Wyatt. His stools are coming out loose and

smelly (they smell of the cheese). Any ideas about this?

I am now avoiding giving him cheese, but I don't want to have to cut

this out since he is already so limited (no wheat, gluten, problem

with carbs, nuts etc).

Could this be a " probiotic " reaction with the enzymes, as the cheese

does have live cultures. Of note: I have not been able to give the

boys yogurt (this is pre-enzymes - I have been afraid to try w/

enzymes so far!) for a long time - they get loose, smelly stools.

Could this just be the probiotics doing their thing??
